BRC Product Safety Management: Root Cause Analysis
This course is to provide delegates with a thorough understanding of root cause analysis (RCA) to know the importance of RCA, and to be able to perform RCA competently. This is especially helpful when implementing some of the requirements in the BRC Global Standards.
Before the course it will be useful if you have read and are familiar with the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety which can be downloaded free of charge from the BRC Bookshop.
At the end of the course you will be assessed by a course assignment: Root cause analysis; Pass mark 75%.
