BRC Product Safety Management: Risk Assessment


This course is to provide delegates with a thorough understanding of risk assessment and enable them to use different risk assessment models. This is particularly useful when implementing product safety management systems onsite, and when implementing the requirements of the BRC Global Standards.

Before the course it will be useful if you have read and are familiar with the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety which can be downloaded free of charge from the BRC Bookshop.

At the end of the course you will be assessed by:

Course assignment – risk assessment; Pass mark 75%.

Course Duration

This course lasts for 1 day and will be held at our premises in Cookstown on Tuesday 14th January. This is part of the four day BRC Professional course running from Monday 13th January 2020 - ask for reduced rates when completing all three courses.  (Internal Auditor / Validation & Verification).
