Internal Auditor Course


This course is to enable to undertake internal audits and prepare companies for third party audits. It’s delivered via a series of workshop-led discussions, presentations and an interactive case study. During the live case study, you will be given feedback and support to enable you to carry out an audit at your own workplace.

Before the course it will be useful if you have read and reviewed a copy of the BRC Food Safety Standard which is available free of charge from the BRC Bookshop.

At the end of the course you will be assessed. 50% course participation, 50% course assignment - Workplace audit; Pass mark 75%

Course Duration

This course lasts for 2 days and will be held at our premises in Cookstown on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th January 2020. This is part of the four day BRC Professional course running from Monday 13th January 2020 - ask for reduced rates when completing all three courses.  (Risk Assessments / Validation & Verification).
