Global Standard for Food Safety Conversion from Issue 7 to Issue 8 for Sites
This 1 day course will provide delegates with an in-depth understanding of the revisions to standard requirement for Issue 8. It is designed to equip delegates with the skills and knowledge to successfully implement the changes to the standards on-site.
Before the course it will be useful if you have read and reviewed a copy of the BRC Food Safety Standard which is available free of charge from the BRC Bookshop.
At the end of the course you will be assessed by an exam of 25 questions with a pass mark of 60%.
